Why did people from various continents and civilizations tell myths about Giants that were so similar?
Many diverse civilizations have myths and traditions about Giants.
Their look is hardly distinguishable from that of a normal human.
Except for that one large eye in the center of his forehead, this Cyclops in Homer’s Odyssey was essentially human-looking, save from being gigantic.
Ancient Giants are mentioned in passing in the Bible as having a divine origin, and Giants are said to fight the gods in Scandinavian folklore.
“There were giants on Earth at that time since the sons of God began to enter the daughters of mankind and begin to give birth to them, and they are powerful anciently wonderful people.”
Is it feasible that they are relics of previous civilizations’ memories?
