Workers from the Sauk Rapids Water Power Co. uncovered the bones of a 10-foot-tall giant along the Mississippi River’s beaches more than 150 years ago.
It was “the biggest skeleton ever discovered on Earth,” according to the writers of the report about the find.
Surprisingly, the bones were missing to be recovered the next day. The bones were rumored to have been transported by train and sold to a circus. Where did the bones go? Was it all part of a cover-up planned by the ruling class to keep the whole affair hidden?
According to official sources, the workmen discovered “the remains of a human person of colossal proportions lodged in solid granite rock.”
The depth of the burial was judged to be around 2 feet below the river’s level.
Nobody truly knows if the story is genuine or not now, more than 150 years later. The entire incident, according to Mary Ostby, was a genuine story.
Whatever the case may be, the narrative of the workmen uncovering the remains of a giant has fascinated people all around the world, and it is up to you to believe it or not, as we usually say.
