The tale of the Giants is as old as time itself. A lot of Native American tribes talk about how powerful and utterly gigantic these giants used to be and how they used to live across the region of Nevada a couple of thousand years ago.
But, the stories are not exactly as kid-friendly as you’d expect. The stories talk about the giants and their constant maiming and killing, they talk about how they loved to cannibalize each other and even attack humans for no particular reason other than to have fun chasing them down.
According to local legends, the giants declared war on the Paiutes back in ancient times of the past. The war that was waged that day destroyed the world and almost ended up causing genocide to the Native tribes.
Together though they finally managed to outsmart the giants by lurking them inside a shadow and setting fire to the entrance. In that cave, the explorers found several 15-inches long sandals that are now being stored in a local museum. The imprints are huge, to say the least which makes this one of the greatest discoveries for the theory of the giants having lived amongst us in ancient times.
