The planet’s materials and resources, particularly gold, were diminishing. The Anunnaki’s home world required gold in the atmosphere, which was vanishing, so they came to Earth to mine gold and return it to their home planet.
The Anunnaki, according to the Ancient Astronaut Theory, genetically altered ancient mankind and created a labor force that allowed them to dig gold faster. The workers were none other than modern humans.
Humans were created by the Anunnaki as a slave species. “The Adamu,” according to Zecharia Sitchin, were the earliest modern people. They were created 450,000 years ago when the Anunnaki genetically combined their DNA with that of a prehistoric person. That manner, the Anunnaki could get a labor force to do their bidding.
