A fortunate witness in Morelia, Mexico, was able to catch footage of a slow-moving black disc above a busy roadway. We have to applaud him for multitasking, especially given he was driving at the same time.
The enigmatic ship moves nearly gracefully and is absolutely silent, both of which are significant indicators that it is alien in origin.
The incident occurred on March 27 on a highway north of Morelia in the state of Michoacán, according to the witness.
