20,000-Year-Old “Underwater Pyramid” Could Actually Be Lost City Of Atlantis Described By Plato

Finding Atlantis would be archeology’s golden dream. Although it may seem like a fascinating destination to some, this continent has been documented for millennia.

A submerged pyramid has reignited the controversy over its existence.

The pyramid could be 20,000 years old and located where Plato claimed to have discovered the legendary city.

The beginning of a legend.

After meeting the Egyptian priest Sonchis de Sais on one of his visits to the African country, Solon, an Athenian politician, lawmaker, and statesman, makes Atlantis known to the world.

The priest described a city that had existed 9,000 years before his time. Solon cites Plato in the dialogues “Timaeus” and “Critias,” claiming that it is he who would reveal the location of Atlantis.

Plato considers Atlantis to be the origin of history, a dynamic island that emerges as a powerful military power 9,000 years before the lawmaker Solon.

After the Pillars of Hercules, it is larger than Libya and Asia Minor combined. Its strength was so great that it dominated Western Europe and North Africa until Athens was able to put a stop to it.

At the same time, an extraordinary calamity swept off the troops as well as the island.

Plato cites the following:

“Through terrible earthquakes and floods, [the entire race]… was consumed by Earth in a single day and night of tragedy, and the island of Atlantis… vanished into the depths of the sea.”

Because there were so few survivors, the sea where Atlantis was located was no longer navigable, and Athens and Greece forgot about the calamity.

The submerged Pyramid is 8,000 square meters in size and 60 meters tall.
Egypt, on the other hand, remembers the tales of that city. According to a document about Citrias, his legacy was kept for thousands of years until he arrived in Solon.

The presence of Atlantis would be revealed by a submerged pyramid.

Experts are unsure what lies below Hercules’ columns that could indicate the existence of Atlantis.

The Azores are made up of nine volcanic islands and are located more than 1,000 kilometers from Lisbon, Portugal’s capital.

Experts have just discovered a massive structure near the Azores islands of So Miguel and Terceira that could be a submerged pyramid.

Surprisingly, the Azores Islands are the same location that Plato mentions as the location of Atlantis.

The submerged pyramid is exactly square, according to several specialists, with an equally precise orientation at its cardinal points.

The construction has been submerged for at least 20,000 years, according to scientists. Or from the end of the last Ice Age, when the Earth’s glaciers disappeared.

The discovery was credited to Diocleciano Silva by the Portuguese media. According to his calculations, the pyramid is at least 8,000 square meters in size and stands at least 60 meters tall.

A new discovery adds to the mystery and controversy surrounding the tale of Atlantis. Could this submerged pyramid be evidence that it once existed?
