This recent discovery was actually made not too long ago by a skipper of a trawler as he was just accidentally scanning the sea with sonar when he came across the discovery of his lifetime, to say the least.
The discovery in itself was made off of the coast of the Azores Isles as many believe it to have once been a part of an ancient metropolis but that it broke off in ancient times because of the massive flood that took over most of the structures at the time.
The structure itself appears to be a massive pyramid of some kind and many experts believe that it once belonged to an ancient metropolis similar to the one in Guatemala.
It appears to be over 100,00 years old by now and since it is so complexly built many believe that the ancient civilization that did work on it was very advanced, to say the least.
